Shipping Information

Where do we deliver?

We take orders from all over the world for delivery any where in Morocco. Breakfasts, cakes and certain flowers arrangements have a limited delivery area. Any item that has a limited delivery area will have a clear notation in the item’s description. The note will include a list of all the cities available for delivery.

Shipping rates:

One low shipping rate: Big or small. One or many. Close or far. Send as many gifts or flowers as you want to one address for only $10.00 (standard delivery)

Substitutions:

While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those stated are unavailable. (This only applies to flowers, breakfasts and food baskets).

DELIVERY OF GIFTS:

Standard delivery times: You can expect your gift to arrive to its destination within 5-6 business days of placing the order (provided the item does not specifically mention longer delivery times and there is no external factor/problem out of our control)

Rush delivery: For an additional $15.00 we will rush your gift to arrive in 2 business days from the moment of placing the order. (provided we can confirm your order by phone and the item does specifically mention longer delivery times and there is no external factor/problem out of our control) If you choose rush delivery for engraved or monogrammed items, they will ship after one week, with premium shipping service.

Backorders shipping charges: If you order more than one item and one or more items in your order are backordered, we will ship the available items per our normal processing time. Any backordered items will be shipped separately at no additional charge, when they become available.

Gift wrapping: Most gift items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5 For more gift wrapping details, click here.

DELIVERY OF FLOWERS:

Standard delivery times: Flowers will be shipped within one business day after your order is placed and delivered the day after, anywhere in Morocco. Please note:

If you place your order on Monday: most likely delivery date: Wednesday

If you place your order on Tuesday: most likely delivery date: Thursday

If you place your order on Wednesday: most likely delivery date: Friday

If you place your order on Thursday or Friday: most likely delivery date: Monday

If you place your order Saturday or Sunday: most likely delivery date: Tuesday

Exact date and time delivery:

For an additional $12.00 you may request a specific date (weekday) and time for delivery of your flowers. This service is only valid in: Casablanca, Rabat, Sale, Kenitra, Mohammedia, Skhirat, Temara. (If you choose any other product to go along with the flowers, you do not need to choose rush delivery for that gift as well; one single shipping rate applies to all products going to the same address.)

For an additional $20.00 you may request a specific weekend date and time for delivery of your flowers. This service is only valid in: Casablanca, Rabat, Sale, Kenitra, Mohammedia, Skhirat, Temara. (If you choose any other product to go along with the flowers, you do not need to choose rush delivery for that gift as well; one single shipping rate applies to all products going to the same address.)

Same day delivery:

For and additional $35.00 you can request delivery on the same day of your order, as long as:

- if you are a first time customer, we are able to contact you over the phone to verify the order

- you place the order before 10am (US eastern time)

- no exact time guaranteed for same day delivery.

This service is only valid in: Casablanca, Rabat, Sale, Kenitra, Mohammedia, Skhirat, Temara. (If you choose any other product to go along with the flowers, you do not need to choose rush delivery for that gift as well; one single shipping rate applies to all products going to the same address.)

Monthly roses program:

Whether you choose our 3 month program or our 6 month program, you will pay only the first $10.00 in shipping charges.

The second, third, etc. shipments will be scheduled to be delivered exactly one month after the first delivery is made. An email confirmation will be sent to you on the day the flowers leave our warehouse.

DELIVERY OF BREAKFASTS and CAKES:

Due to freshly prepared foods, breakfasts and cakes service is limited to: Casablanca, Rabat, Sale, Kenitra, Mohammedia, Skhirat, Temara.

Standard delivery times:

Breakfasts and/or cakes will be delivered on the day you select, from Monday through Friday. No same delivery service for breakfasts or cakes.

Weekend delivery:

For an additional $20.00 you may request a specific weekend date for delivery of your breakfast or cake. (If you choose any other product to go along with the breakfast, you do not need to choose rush delivery for that gift as well; one single shipping rate applies to all products going to the same address.)
